Financing Your Building

Green River offers multiple options for paying for your building depending on your preference and budget.

Payment in Full

Paying for the building in full at the time you order it is the best and least expensive long-term option.

When purchasing a shed, we will take a 50% deposit up front via card or e-check. The remainder will be due at the time of delivery.

When purchasing a carport, garage, or other metal structure, there is a deposit of anywhere from 12-18% due at the time you order. The remainder is due at the time of delivery. An invoice for the deposit is sent to you via email.

Financing

Green River offers financing for your building. This is the second least expensive option and is best for our customers who don't have the option of paying a large amount up front, but have good credit and want to save money in the long run.

To apply for financing, there is a soft credit check involved with an almost instant approve/denial process. Interest rates are usually anywhere from 8-15% depending on the company who approves you. Co-signers are accepted.

Rent to Own

Rent to own is our most frequent option for paying for buildings among our customers. It is a flexible way to get the building you need without traditional financing. Approval is generally simpler and does not rely on your credit score the same way a conventional loan does.

You choose from available payment terms (24 mos, 36 mos, 48 mos, or 60 mos) with longer terms offering lower monthly payments.

It’s important to know that carrying an RTO agreement for the full term will cost more than the building’s cash price. However, many programs offer early purchase options, which can significantly reduce that additional cost if you choose to pay the building off sooner.

RTO can be a good fit for customers who value flexibility, want to avoid a traditional credit-based loan, or need a lower barrier to getting their building now.
